Attorney Takahiro Shinano, of our firm, spoke at the 5th Global Seminar hosted by the Liaison Business Committee of the Japan SME Diagnostic Association on Monday, February 9, 2026, titled “Expanding, Developing, and Withdrawing from Overseas Business: Basic Considerations.” He participated as a representative of the International Committee of the Osaka Bar Association, covering key legal risks, contractual considerations, and other important points to be aware of when expanding, developing, and withdrawing from overseas business.
