当事務所所属の科埜貴広弁護士が、2026年8月28日（金）、大阪商工会議所主催・大阪弁護士会共催の「米国ビジネス勉強会（第2回）」において、「米国現地法人・子会社運営におけるガバナンスとコンプライアンス」をテーマとするセミナーを担当いたしました。
科埜弁護士は、第1部「現地での組織形態・設立・報告／労働法制」に登壇し、米国における事業形態の選択、現地法人の設立・報告に関する手続及び労働法制上の留意点等について解説いたしました。
Attorney Takahiro Shinano, of our firm, spoke at the second session of the “U.S. Business Study Program,” hosted by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and co-hosted by the Osaka Bar Association, on Friday, August 28, 2026. The seminar focused on governance and compliance in the operation of U.S. entities and subsidiaries.
In the first part of the seminar, titled “Business Structures, Formation, Reporting Requirements, and Employment Law in the United States,” Mr. Shinano discussed the selection of appropriate business structures, procedures and reporting requirements relating to the establishment of U.S. entities, and key considerations under U.S. employment law.
