2025年10月14日、当事務所の弁護士・科埜貴広（日本／NY州弁護士）は、スイス・ジュネーブに所在する国際法律事務所 FBT Avocats SA を訪問し、浅井綜合法律事務所の紹介と日本の法制度の基礎についてプレゼンテーションを行いました。
FBT Avocats SAは、銀行・金融、税務、企業・商事、訴訟・仲裁、労働・社会保険、相続・財産管理など幅広い分野で国際的なリーガルサービスを提供する法律事務所です。今回の訪問では、FBT Avocats SAの弁護士の皆様に当事務所の概要および日本の法制度をご紹介するとともに、同事務所からもスイスにおける法務実務や主要分野の取組みについてご紹介いただきました。
会談は終始和やかな雰囲気で行われ、双方の業務分野や実務経験を共有することで、今後の交流のきっかけとなる有意義な機会となりました。

On October 14, 2025, Attorney Takahiro Shinano (Admitted in Japan and New York) of Asai Law Firm visited FBT Avocats SA, an international law firm based in Geneva, Switzerland, and delivered a presentation on the introduction of Asai Law Firm and the fundamentals of the Japanese legal system.
FBT Avocats SA provides comprehensive legal services in various areas including Banking and Finance, Tax, Corporate and Commercial, Litigation and Arbitration, Labour and Social Insurance, and Family Estate. During the visit, Attorney Shinano introduced the background and practice areas of Asai Law Firm as well as an overview of Japan’s legal system, while FBT Avocats SA’s lawyers also shared insights into their firm’s practice and legal environment in Switzerland.
The meeting was held in a warm and collegial atmosphere, offering an excellent opportunity for both firms to exchange perspectives and share professional experiences.
